Welcome to the Wisdom from the Otherworlds blog. Here I will be periodically posting information received through ceremony, meditation, and intuitional moments sparked by various events in daily life. By placing my consciousness in higher registers through special techniques (accessible to everyone but that sometimes must be cultivated), I open to wisdom generated either spontaneously or in response to questions I (or others) posit. Presumably this knowledge comes from my “guide” or “guides,” what the ancient Greeks called one’s “daimon.” Sometimes this process is known as “channeling.” For me, this is a serious practice, one in and with which I am growing and evolving.
As of yet, I have not identified from where, specifically, these guides hail. I’ve received teachings that in fact I am delivering information from my “higher self,” which I have been shown is a selective filter for multiple streams of knowledge from different sources on the inner planes of reality. These include ancestors (both mine and others’), deities of various lineages, wisdom beings, and astral groupings, among others. Thus, the information bears my particular “signature,” an amalgam of streams that happen to come through me by virtue of many factors –– my mental structure and intellect, orientations, proclivities, interests, gifts, ancestors, karma, agreements, and mission.
The purpose of this blog is to offer what I intend to be high-level wisdom and guidance about the nature of realit(ies) and what is going on in the world(s) so that we may further awaken to Who We Are, Where We Came from, Why We Are Here, and How We Are Meant to Help.
I offer this blog under a pseudonym –– one in fact revealed to me by a holy woman on Mt. Shasta as having been my “original” name –– because it is not quite “safe” to admit to being part of such work in certain quarters and society as a whole. I am, in fact, a scholar who is serious about multiple epistemologies (ways of knowing) to the point of exploring them actively.
I hope you will find this blog to be deeply meaningful, and that you will respond with comments, sharings about what rings true, and questions for further exploration. The Mysteries will be reconstructed collectively.
